   Health Guarantee/Sales Agreement

 

Upon leaving our home your yorkie will be Vet checked

  • Current on shots

  • Wormed

  • Micro-chipped

  • Tails docked

 

All of our puppies leave our home with a one year Health Guarantee against any life threatening genetic problems. 
Our Sales Agreement covers all the info needed for your Health /Spay and Neuter Agreement 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Spay or Neuter Agreement

  • We place all of our yorkies on a spay or neuter contract. 

  • The buyer understands that the dog/puppy is not being sold for breeding.

  • The buyer agrees to spay or neuter yorkie prior to 7 months

  • The buyer agrees not to allow this dog to breed or to be bred before procedure.

  • Buyer must issue proof of surgical procedure before yorkie is 7 months of age.

  • AKC papers will be released after proof of spay or neuter is received.
